Greetings, I'm Mandy Rhodes, leveraging over 15 years of commercial real estate expertise as a licensed realtor and notary public in Texas. My career journey began at Missouri State University and evolved from a local bank teller in southeast Missouri to managing a loan portfolio exceeding $74 million for a hard money lender. Drawing from my experience as the eldest daughter of a career Navy Chief, I've embraced change and growth, honing skills in deal structuring, business operations, and client service. 

My career highlights include co-founding a thriving commercial real estate investment firm, where I spearheaded property acquisition, management, and disposition. During the challenges of Covid, I launched a successful real estate consulting company, specializing in business operations consulting and site selection services for clients.
